Mini Prime Membership Activation Failed Despite Payment

I attempted to reactivate my Mini Prime membership after it had been deactivated. I updated my Masterpass card information as required, but the membership did not activate. This membership includes a 15% discount on services, which I planned to use.

I contacted Mini customer service, and they acknowledged a system issue. They assured me they would notify the service center about my membership activation and provide the necessary details. However, nothing was communicated to the service center, leaving me without access to the promised benefits or any resolution.

For a company as established as Mini, this level of disorganization is shocking. I expect immediate action to activate my membership and ensure I can use the discounts promised.
