I purchased my Mini Countryman with the Favoured package in May, fully expecting it to include interior lighting and experience modes, as these features are standard in this package. However, upon delivery, I was informed that these features were deactivated and that the Favoured package vehicles in Turkey are sold this way.
Now, two months later, the same model and package are being sold at the same price with these features fully activated. It is clear that these features are present in the vehicle and have only been restricted through software.
I demand that these features be activated in my vehicle immediately. It is unfair and unacceptable for identical vehicles in the same model year and package to have differing features due to software limitations. This practice violates consumer rights, and I hope this unjust situation is resolved promptly.
