I purchased a Mini Countryman with the Favoured package in May, which was supposed to include interior ambient lighting and experience modes. However, when I received the car, these features were disabled. I was told that this is how the Favoured package is delivered to Turkey. Now, just two months later, I see the same package, model, and year being sold at the same price, but with these features fully enabled. This is unfair and a clear violation of consumer rights. I demand that these features be activated in my vehicle as well. It is unacceptable to disable features on some cars while leaving them active on others in the same package and price range. Please address this issue immediately.
