Mini Cooper Pre-Order Refund Delayed for Over a Month

I placed a pre-order for a Mini Cooper on Mini.com on September 9, 2024. I canceled my pre-order on September 19, 2024, but over a month later, I still haven’t received my refund. Every time I contact customer service, they make excuses, saying, "It will be processed soon," but nothing happens.

This delay has caused me financial strain since I purchased another vehicle and am now paying unnecessary interest because my refund hasn’t been processed. It’s disappointing that a well-known company like Mini would resort to such tactics. I demand an immediate refund and expect Mini to handle their finances and customer service with more professionalism. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the brand.
