I received my electric Mini Countryman at the end of July 2024. When I ordered and later received the vehicle, I inquired about the ambient lighting feature and was told it would be activated via a module, which I needed to wait for. Later, I was informed that this feature required an additional purchase.
However, within just a month, the same model with the same package is now being sold at the same price, but with ambient lighting and additional driving modes included. This feels unfair, especially since such missing features result in a loss of value in our country.
As an early buyer, I feel financially disadvantaged and believe this situation violates consumer rights. I trusted Mini, a well-established brand, and am deeply disappointed by this experience, especially after my positive experience with the Mini Signature package on my previous car. I expect a resolution that addresses this discrepancy fairly.
