I am writing about a serious issue with my eFootball™ mobile account, which was effectively taken over today. About 20 minutes before filing this complaint, someone contacted me claiming they wanted to buy my account. Trusting this person, I shared my account details. Shortly after, they changed the Gmail address linked to the account, and I completely lost access and control.
The stolen account’s username is “kipvx2.” Since the email was changed, I can no longer log in or manage any settings. I am extremely concerned that my account, along with all my progress and items, may be misused.
I have already contacted eFootball™ customer support and was told to wait 2–3 weeks for a response. However, given that this is an active account takeover and unauthorized access, this timeline is too long and puts my account at serious risk.
I am requesting that my account with the username “kipvx2” be urgently recovered and that full access be restored to me as the rightful owner. I also ask that the unauthorized email change and any related actions be immediately reversed. I urge that this case be treated as a priority due to the serious security and ownership concerns involved.
