Telegram Account Frozen After Unauthorized Email Change—Need Recovery

I am writing about a serious issue with my Telegram account registered in India, which is currently frozen and inaccessible. Someone has changed the email address linked to my account without my permission, and since then I have been unable to log in or use my account.

I am the rightful owner of this phone number–linked Telegram account, and I have not authorized any changes to the email or other security settings. Due to this unauthorized change and the frozen status, I have completely lost access to my account, including all my chats and contacts.

I kindly request that my Telegram account be unfrozen and that my access be fully restored. I also ask that the unauthorized email change be investigated and reversed, and that my account be properly secured so that only I can control it.
