I never recommend this product. In the first year we bought it, the function of the brush included in the handle broke down. When I called the service, they said that this part was out of warranty, it needed to be changed, and they said a high price. Then the handle broke from the part connecting to the telescopic pipe, this year is the 5th year of the vacuum cleaner, the handle has been shattered, the price is now 1690 TL, in addition, the connection part of the telescopic pipe is almost in a condition to be separated, its price is 1470 TL, for only 2 pieces They wanted 3160 TL. Moreover, they said that even when a part is within the warranty period, it is not covered by the warranty. I never understood how a part included in the vacuum cleaner is out of warranty. Now I understand that Miele sells poor quality products at twice the price of selling quality products, and sells poor quality parts to the customer again at exorbitant prices. moreover, when we replace the non-guaranteed part with the vacuum cleaner, it gives a 2-year guarantee for the new part. Isn't it pointless and funny? As far as I have seen in the previous complaints, how can they still ask for these fees for the part that is always broken in the same place and which is obvious as a mistake? I'm sorry, I could buy 2 vacuums from other known brands for the price of this vacuum cleaner, I could use 2 of them for 15 - 20 years, but I used Miele for only 5 years, it's a pity!
My vacuum cleaner had to go in for warranty repair and they ended up replacing a bunch of parts.
