It's unbelievable that a company, which sells its products for such a high price and prides itself on its quality and after-sales service, produces such low-quality materials and excludes the most expensive part of the product from warranty coverage. When purchasing the product, they offered us a part, which allows you to vacuum under the sofa without bending, for an additional price, which was one-fifth of the product's total price. I still don’t know what distinguishes that part from the others. We bought it because my wife really wanted it, and we paid an extra one-fifth of the price just for the version with that part. In less than a year, or around one year, that part started falling apart, just like the other parts. When we called the highly praised after-sales service, they told us that this particular part was not covered by the warranty. They didn’t know the reason either. The free parts are covered by the warranty, but the paid part isn’t. I could write the same thing a thousand times because I’m very angry, sorry. It’s not broken, it’s falling apart. So they don’t exclude it from the warranty by saying "You broke it." Instead, they say, "This part is not a warrantied item." We paid all that money for nothing. They don’t need happy customers, as long as the product gets enough value at this price in Turkey.
