I am absolutely furious with MidasBuy! I made a payment via bank transfer, and the money has clearly been debited from my account. However, I never received the product I paid for! This is completely unacceptable, and I'm a victim of this broken process.
When I contacted MidasBuy, they simply told me to "contact my bank." I did, and my bank confirmed that the payment went through successfully; it was not canceled or reversed. My money is gone, but the product is nowhere to be found. My order number is 943724359274.
MidasBuy, you need to fix this immediately! Stop passing the buck and take responsibility for receiving my payment without delivering the product. Deliver my order or process a full refund right away! I expect a swift response and a prompt resolution to this critical issue.
