MidasBuy Took My Payment but Didn’t Deliver UC


I recently purchased UC on MidasBuy, completed the payment successfully, and had the amount deducted from my account. However, the UC never appeared in my account. This is unacceptable, as the transaction was processed, but I received nothing in return.
I have attached proof of the transaction, yet there has been no resolution. If I paid for the UC, I should receive it immediately—otherwise, a refund should be issued without delay. I have used MidasBuy before without issues, so I am disappointed by this experience.
I request urgent assistance to either credit my UC balance or process a full refund. Please resolve this issue immediately!
