I Paid Midas Buy for UC but Didn’t Receive Anything or Get a Refund

I purchased UC from Midas Buy but have not received anything—not the UC and not a refund. While sending the payment through my bank account, I forgot to include the order number in the transfer description. I immediately submitted a payment notification afterward, hoping this would clear things up, but absolutely nothing has been resolved.

I’m still waiting, and the delay is unacceptable. I even sent an email explaining the situation in detail, but I haven’t received any reply. There’s also no phone number available to reach someone directly, which makes this even more frustrating.

I’m kindly requesting an urgent response and resolution. Either deliver the UC I paid for or refund my money. I trusted this platform with my payment, and now I feel completely ignored. Please fix this now.
