Midasbuy Took My Payment but Didn’t Deliver UC
On March 18, 2025, I purchased ₺1500 worth of UC from Midasbuy, but even though the payment was deducted from my account, my order was never confirmed. There is no proper customer support to address this issue, which is incredibly frustrating.
I have made multiple purchases from Midasbuy before without any issues, but this time, I am extremely disappointed. It is unacceptable that they take the money but fail to deliver the product, leaving customers with no direct way to resolve the problem.
I demand an immediate resolution—either process my order or refund my money. Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. If no action is taken, I will escalate my complaint.
