Hello, I made a purchase on Midasbuy to buy UC for PUBG Mobile. My first attempt failed, so I retried. The second transaction went through successfully and the payment was processed. However, right after that, my credit card was blocked by Midasbuy, and even after 24 hours, they still haven’t lifted the block.
I contacted my bank and they confirmed there’s no issue on their end — they advised me to get in touch with the site directly. Despite this, Midasbuy has not taken any steps to resolve the situation or communicate with me.
I find this extremely frustrating. My money was accepted, the transaction was successful, yet now I’m left with a blocked card and no support. I demand that Midasbuy remove the card block immediately and ensure this doesn’t happen again. This needs urgent resolution. My player ID is 5144***1308.
