Midasbuy Took My Payment for PUBG Mobile UC But Didn’t Deliver the Product
I purchased PUBG Mobile UC through Midasbuy, making the payment via my mobile line. The payment was completed successfully and I even have a screenshot as proof. However, the UC I paid for was never delivered to my PUBG account.
What’s worse is that there’s no working customer service number to call. I’ve been trying to reach someone for support, but there’s no response and no way to speak to a real person. This is extremely frustrating, especially when your money is taken and you're left with nothing in return.
Midasbuy, I demand you either deliver the UC I paid for immediately or refund my ₺. I’m not the only one facing this issue—many others are being ignored too. If you offer a service, stand behind it. Please resolve this now.
