Midasbuy Charged Me for UC but Didn’t Deliver on Second Purchase

I bought UC from Midasbuy twice. The first purchase went through perfectly—the UC was delivered instantly. But during my second purchase, even though the payment was processed and reflected on my mobile bill, the UC never arrived in my account. It’s been over 2–3 hours, and still nothing.
This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this, and it completely ruined my excitement. We have so few things we enjoy these days, and now even that’s being taken away because of technical failures and a lack of proper support.
Either send the UC I paid for immediately or cancel the charge from my bill. My PUBG ID is 5190*44. Midasbuy, respond quickly and resolve this. We’re paying customers—not just numbers on a screen.
