EFT Transfer Delay to Midas Caused Financial Loss

I initiated an EFT transaction to transfer my funds from Anadolubank to Midas, a brokerage firm, for the purpose of investing in stocks. Although I received a receipt from the bank confirming the transfer, the funds did not actually reach the brokerage firm. My funds were only transferred approximately 5 hours later during business hours, and I suffered financial loss because I was unable to make my investment. However, when I called the brokerage firm, despite talking to them for about two hours, they couldn't figure out what the problem was, and when I finally called the bank, the bank admitted its mistake. There is a serious lack of communication between the two institutions, and due to these shortcomings, I lost both my time and money, suffering financial damage. Therefore, I want both institutions to compensate me for my losses in proportion to their mistakes.
