Constant Glitches Costing Me Money on Midas

I have been investing in the Borsa Istanbul market through Midas, and I often buy and sell every day. But Midas's infrastructure hasn't been good enough in recent days. Either the system crashes or I can't put in buy or sell orders. Because of this, I've lost a lot of money on multiple occasions. Who will have to answer for this? Those who let Midas run with such poor infrastructure should be held legally responsible. If even 1% of these problems happened in the U.S., this so-called U.S.-based company would have to pay a lot of money. Unfortunately, they're getting away with it in Turkey, where it seems like the laws aren't followed.
