I Report Microsoft Office 365 for Charging Me Despite Free Trial

On September 23, 2025, in Ankara, I started a Microsoft Office 365 subscription from my iPhone 11. The app clearly stated that the first month was free, but on the same day, 329.99 TL was charged to the credit card linked to my Apple account. I never had an Office 365 subscription before, and this was my first time using the free trial. There should have been no payment at all. I have not yet contacted Microsoft or Apple customer service, but I demand a refund of this unfair charge as soon as possible.
