Brand New Michael Kors Watch Stopped Working on Third Use
I noticed that one of my Michael Kors watches stopped working on its third use. I haven't worn the other one yet, so I'm unsure of its condition. I called North Watches and had to deal with a very indifferent customer representative, who not only failed to find a solution but also threatened me instead. When I tried to reach someone who could resolve the issue from the brand itself, I couldn't find anyone available. It's disappointing that such a big brand employs such amateur people, and when the seller can't resolve the issue, reaching the brand itself seems like a distant dream. Not being able to use the watches I bought with so much love adds to the frustration.
