Michael Kors Watch Exchange Request Due to Defect
On August 24, I purchased a Michael Kors watch from the Saat & Saat Pendik branch for over ₺14,000. After noticing that the watch was consistently losing time, I returned it to the store on the 29th, well within the legal return period. I informed them that there was an issue with the watch and requested an exchange for a new one, rather than a refund.
They checked the battery and claimed there was no problem with it, stating that the watch needed to go to technical service for an exchange. I was instructed to write that I did not want any repairs and requested a new watch through a provided link, which I did.
Today, on September 12, I received a message from the service stating that my product is waiting for parts. I have been unable to reach anyone at Saat & Saat customer service, as I can only access the voicemail. When I call the store, they say I need to communicate with the technician, but I have already informed them that I do not want any repairs and am requesting a new watch.
I regret purchasing from a brand I thought was reliable. Given the high price, I expect a prompt response from the relevant parties; otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights. Thank you.
