I registered on the Mexc exchange and completed the identity verification process without any issues. However, the $20 sign-up bonus promised upon registration has not been credited to my wallet. Although the system shows the bonus as "loaded" under capital flow and I received an email confirming it, the funds are not visible in my wallet, leaving me unable to perform any transactions.

I have followed all the required steps, yet the bonus remains inaccessible. This lack of transparency and follow-through on promotions is disappointing.

I request Mexc to investigate and resolve this issue promptly. The funds should be credited to my wallet immediately, allowing me to utilize them as promised during registration.
