I Face $1,064 Loss After MEXC Closed My Position Before Liquidation Price

On October 10, 2025, at around 12:00 AM, while trading futures on the MEXC exchange, I noticed that my position was closed before reaching the liquidation price. As a result of this incident, I suffered a financial loss of $1,064.

I contacted MEXC customer support via email, but I haven’t received any response yet.
