I Can’t Withdraw Futures Trading Profits on MEXC Due to Unfair Account Restrictions
On July 28, 2025, I earned a profit through futures trading on the MEXC exchange. However, when I tried to access or withdraw those funds, I was suddenly hit with an account restriction. MEXC claims this is part of a “control mechanism,” yet they didn’t provide any specifics about what triggered it. What frustrates me most is that when I lose money, there’s no issue—but as soon as I win, they step in and block my account.
I reached out to support, and instead of offering a concrete solution, they had the nerve to tell me it would be “resolved as soon as possible,” and then added a 30-day waiting period. That’s not acceptable.
I demand that MEXC immediately lift the restriction on my account and allow me to use or withdraw the funds I rightfully earned through legitimate trades.
My account was supposedly opened, and as soon as it was opened, they said it was under review again and closed it again. This is nonsense, maybe they will make me wait for months again.
