I Can’t Reset My MEXC Exchange Account Password and I’m Locked Out
I’m completely locked out of my MEXC exchange account, and the platform’s recovery flow is broken. I forgot my password, so I tried the standard “Forgot Password” link. First it asks for a security verification code, then promises to send a reset link to my registered e-mail—[email protected]*—but nothing ever arrives. I’ve checked every folder, refreshed countless times, and even waited overnight.
When I attempt the SMS option, the verification timer just spins and eventually errors out. I’m stuck in an endless loop that leaves me with zero access to my funds, open orders, or trading history. I’ve contacted MEXC support multiple times, attaching screenshots of the failed steps and confirming my e-mail address, yet all I get back are canned replies telling me to “use the password-reset function.” That is precisely what’s failing!
MEXC, I need immediate manual intervention: send the missing verification e-mail, reset my password, and restore full account access. Holding a customer’s assets hostage behind a malfunctioning login system is unacceptable—fix this now.
