I Can’t Recover My Stolen MEXC Account After Email and Phone Number Were Changed
My MEXC account was recently hacked, and the attacker changed both the registered email address and phone number linked to the account. I immediately contacted MEXC support to report the breach and provided all required documentation to verify my identity. Despite doing everything on my end, I have not received any response for over a week.
This delay is extremely frustrating, especially since the security of my funds is at stake. I find it unacceptable that a platform handling sensitive financial data is so unresponsive during a serious account compromise.
I demand that MEXC urgently review my case, restore access to my account, and ensure the security of my assets. I’ve submitted everything they asked for—now it’s their turn to act.
