Metro Market Does Not Want to Replace the Fridge Despite a Court Order

Customers should be aware that Metro Market may not honor court rulings in disputes. I recently bought a refrigerator from Metro Market, but it soon broke down. I attempted to resolve the problem by contacting technical support, but to no avail. I then filed a complaint with Consumer Court, and the court ordered Metro Market to replace the refrigerator with a new one. Despite this decision, Metro Market has refused to comply with the court's order and replace the refrigerator. This is a violation of the Consumer Court decision as well as a breach of the customer's contractual obligations. I urge all Metro Market customers to be cautious and aware that court rulings may not be honored in the event of a dispute. This is a concerning trend that must be reversed in order to protect customers' rights. Metro Market should guarantee that our court decisions will be respected and followed.
