Kärcher K7 Warranty Denied Despite Consumer Rights Ruling
I sent my Kärcher K7 for repair under warranty after it developed a malfunction. However, the service center demanded a repair fee equal to the product’s original cost, which was completely unreasonable.
I took the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board, which ruled in my favor, ordering Kärcher to replace the product with an identical new unit. Kärcher did not appeal the decision within the legal timeframe, meaning the ruling is final. However, despite this, Kärcher is still refusing to honor the replacement order and is deliberately delaying the process.
I expect Kärcher to immediately comply with the ruling and replace my faulty unit as ordered. Stop ignoring consumer rights!
