Metin2 Account Wrongfully Banned Without Any Reason Or Explanation

My Metin2 account has been unfairly banned without a single explanation. I’ve spent countless hours building my character, and now all that effort has been thrown away for no reason. I have never insulted anyone, never violated any in-game rules, and yet my account was suddenly blocked.

I immediately opened a support ticket, but the experience there was just as frustrating. A support representative replied, only to delete their response within three minutes. I couldn’t even see what they wrote or what supposed “issue” they claimed existed. It’s as if they don’t want players to know why they are being punished.

My account, WANTED04, is now inaccessible, and I’ve received no justification whatsoever. This feels deeply unfair and unprofessional. I urgently demand that my account be reviewed and my access restored, along with a clear explanation as to why this ban was applied in the first place. Players deserve transparency and accountability, not silence and neglect.
