EP Top-Up Charged But Ticket Not Delivered In Metin2 Ruby Server

I downloaded Metin2 just yesterday and spent hours playing. I even invested real money into the game. But today, when I tried to log in, I ran into nothing but nonsense errors. The launcher tells me to “log in,” I enter my correct password, and it says “wrong.” I know for a fact the password is correct.

When I attempt to reset the password, no email ever arrives. There’s absolutely no one to reach out to for direct support, and the so-called customer service is basically nonexistent. At this point, it feels like I wasted my money on a game that won’t even let me access my own account.

This is completely unacceptable. If I can’t log back in or get real help, then I expect my money to be refunded immediately. Players shouldn’t have to deal with broken login systems and no accountability after paying to play.
