I Face Unfair Permanent Ban in Metin2 After Same IP and Email Transfer
I was given an unlimited/permanent ban in Metin2 after transferring my won from my main character to my storage character, even though both accounts were under the same IP address and registered with the same email. The transfer happened through the Premium Market, and it was entirely legitimate.
I have always been very careful—never once did I allow even 1k from outside sources into my character. Every bit of won I had was earned by loading EP and selling coupons. Despite this, my account was permanently banned, which is completely unfair.
I strongly believe this action was a mistake, and I am requesting that my account be reviewed and unbanned immediately. Holding players accountable for legitimate transactions under the same IP and email is unjust and damages trust in the game.
For whoever is responsible for this wrongful decision—I leave it to a higher judgment, but I also demand my account access to be restored.
