I Face Long Delays From Gameforce Support Tickets With No Clear Reason
I really don’t understand why Gameforce takes so long to respond to support tickets. For such a big company, you would think they have enough staff to handle customer issues in a timely manner, but clearly that’s not the case. The attitude of the support team feels careless and dismissive, which only adds to the frustration.
What bothers me most is that the problems I submit could easily be resolved in a matter of minutes. Instead, I’m left waiting an entire week just for someone to finally acknowledge the ticket. It feels like the employees respond only when they feel like it, rather than treating customer concerns as a priority.
This kind of service is extremely discouraging. A brand as large as Gameforce should not leave players hanging for days on end for something so simple. I strongly urge the company to hire more support staff or at least improve the efficiency and responsiveness of their customer service team.
