I Face Fraud in Metin2 Trade After Sending Payment but Receiving No Items

In Metin2, I recently engaged in an in-game trade with a player named A******* A*.** I sent the agreed payment, but the other player never delivered the items.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. It is unacceptable that a trade can be completed one-sidedly, where payment is taken but the promised items are not given in return.

I request that this incident be investigated immediately, the responsible player be held accountable, and that my items or payment be restored. Players deserve a fair and safe trading environment in Metin2.
