I Joined the INIT Launchpool on MetaMask but My Tokens Are Missing
I joined the INIT (Initia) launchpool via MetaMask yesterday, expecting a smooth and reliable process. While the platform shows that I received 1,560 tokens, it also says “conversion rate not found,” and those tokens have not been reflected in my balance or wallet in any usable way.
Worse yet, I can’t transfer the tokens to any other crypto wallet or exchange. They’re completely stuck and unusable. This feels like a major issue, and there’s absolutely no guidance or support from MetaMask on how to resolve it.
If I can’t access or move my assets, what’s the point of offering these tokens through a launchpool? These aren't minor technical glitches—they’re serious usability and trust problems. I’m now preparing to file formal legal complaints and initiate legal action.
MetaMask, this needs your immediate attention. Explain why my INIT tokens are locked, fix the conversion issue, and give users the ability to access what they were promised. I demand transparency, accountability, and fast resolution before more users get trapped in the same situation.
