Unable to Transfer ETHFI Tokens from Metamask to Binance Due to Network Issues

I am facing significant difficulties transferring my ETHFI tokens from Metamask's BNB network to my Binance TR account, as Binance does not support this token on the BNB network. I understand that I need to change the token’s network to proceed, but the process is overly complicated. The only guidance provided is through written instructions, which consistently lead to errors.

I tried an alternative approach by attempting to swap the tokens with BNB for easier transfer, but even this failed. Despite transferring ₺1000 worth of BNB to my Metamask wallet, the system still shows insufficient balance (GAP error).

I contacted support, but all I received was advice to read the article, with no further explanation or real assistance. I am incredibly frustrated by this situation. If anyone can provide clear guidance on resolving this, I would deeply appreciate it. Binance and Metamask should address these issues urgently to simplify the process.
