I Can’t Withdraw My Funds from MetaMask and They Keep Demanding More Money

I’m extremely frustrated and feel completely trapped by what’s happening with my MetaMask account. I have funds locked in my wallet, and no matter what I do, I can’t access them. Every time I try to withdraw, I’m asked to pay more money for so-called “transfer fees” or “release charges.” I’ve already sent money multiple times, but the block on my funds is still not lifted.

Most recently, I was told I need to pay another $9,600 to unlock my own money. That amount is outrageous, and I simply can’t afford it. I’ve already poured too much in, and now my balance is just sitting there—untouchable and unreleased. I can’t withdraw it, and no one will refund what I’ve already paid. It feels like a bottomless pit.

I’m filing this complaint publicly because I believe others should be warned. This system is manipulative and deeply concerning. MetaMask needs to take immediate responsibility, investigate this situation, and release my funds without further demands. I demand urgent action and a full resolution. I want my money back.
