I Can’t Trade or Withdraw TRY with MetaMask Wallet for Months Due to Persistent Errors

I’ve been actively using my MetaMask wallet for a long time, but for the past three months, I’ve been unable to complete any transactions involving TRY. Whether I attempt to deposit, withdraw, or trade using Turkish Lira, the transactions consistently fail or return unclear system errors. I've repeatedly tried executing these actions through the app, but the platform simply won’t process them.

I contacted MetaMask’s support team multiple times hoping to get assistance, but I haven’t received a proper explanation, let alone a solution. Their lack of clear communication has cost me both valuable time and financial loss. As a regular user, I find it unacceptable that such a basic functionality tied to local currency has been broken for this long without resolution.

I’m demanding that MetaMask fix this technical issue immediately and provide compensation for the inconvenience and damages caused. The platform must ensure reliable TRY transaction support for its Turkish user base.
