I Lost My MetaMask Secret Recovery Phrase and Can’t Access My Wallet Funds
About 4–5 months ago, I created a wallet using the MetaMask app. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten my Secret Recovery Phrase, and now I’m completely locked out of my wallet. I still have funds stored inside, but there’s absolutely no way for me to access them without that phrase. I’ve tried every possible method, but the app doesn’t offer any viable recovery options unless you have the original phrase—which I no longer do.
To make matters worse, there’s no real-time customer support to guide users through these situations. I couldn’t find any way to get in touch with a human agent. Every help article simply repeats that there's nothing that can be done, which leaves me feeling completely helpless. It’s incredibly frustrating that MetaMask, a platform responsible for storing digital assets, provides no recovery alternative or meaningful support.
I’m asking MetaMask to offer a secure and legitimate way to verify identity or ownership so users like me don’t permanently lose access to their funds. Please treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves and help your users recover their assets safely.
