I Can’t Access My MetaMask Wallet After Reset Despite Knowing the Password

I recently had to reset my phone, and ever since then, I’ve been completely locked out of my MetaMask wallet—even though I still remember my password. When I try to log in, the app insists on the Secret Recovery Phrase, which I no longer have access to. This has left me in a deeply frustrating and helpless situation. I have made significant cryptocurrency purchases through this wallet, and now I’m unable to reach any of it.

What makes matters worse is the total lack of human customer support. There’s no chat, no email response, and no phone number to reach anyone at MetaMask. I’ve scoured the help documents and forums, but all of them say the same thing: no Secret Phrase, no access. That’s unacceptable for a platform that handles such high-value digital assets.

There must be a solution—whether through identity verification or account linking. I’m asking MetaMask to urgently implement a secure method that allows users like me to regain access to their own wallets. Please don’t let your users lose everything over a single forgotten phrase.
