Meritbet Withdrawal Confirmed But Not Received In Bank

Meritbet claims to have sent my withdrawal, but the money has still not reached my bank account. On 9 March, I requested a withdrawal of ₺13,300 via bank transfer. Despite their confirmation that the payment was made, no amount has appeared in my bank account to date. Following this, I contacted Meritbet several times through all available channels. I wrote to them on WhatsApp, used the live support, sent an email via their website, and even requested a call back, which they did. Each time, they told me that my request had been “under review” for two days, without giving any clear or verifiable information about where my money is or when it will be paid. I feel that my time has been wasted and that I have been misled by contradictory and unhelpful responses. I request that the ₺13,300 withdrawal be paid to my bank account without any further delay and that Meritbet provide a clear explanation of what happened to this transfer. I also expect an apology for the time lost and for having misled me throughout this process.

The transfer was completed. There was a mistake; they called me, and I am withdrawing my complaint.
