I Waited 3 Weeks for Withdrawal from Bets10 and Still No Payment
On June 10, 2025, I submitted a ₺5000 withdrawal request from my Bets10 account. Although the platform claims that withdrawals are processed within 72 hours, three full weeks have passed and the money has still not reached my bank account.
I contacted customer service multiple times via live chat and email. I even provided my bank account statement from the day of the request onward. Eventually, they sent me a screenshot showing that the transfer had been made, along with a tracking number. I then contacted my bank with this information, only to be told that no funds were ever received and that the transfer may have been returned to the sender.
Bets10 keeps redirecting me to the bank, and the bank tells me to contact Bets10. I’m stuck in a loop with zero accountability. This delay has caused serious financial stress and wasted my time. I demand that the full ₺5000 be either re-sent or refunded immediately, with proper documentation of the transfer.
