I Face Withdrawal Issue with Mostbet as ₺3,000 Payout Never Reached My Account

On August 3, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₺3,000 from my Mostbet account. The platform marked the transaction as “paid,” yet the money never arrived in my bank account. I immediately contacted support and was asked to provide my bank statement. After sending it, they later requested that I send a different IBAN address via email, which I found highly unusual. Despite following their instructions, the payment has still not been processed.

Since that day, I have repeatedly contacted customer support. Each time, I was told that my withdrawal is “under review” and that the funds will arrive soon. However, it has been weeks, and I am still waiting with no resolution. Instead of providing a clear explanation or returning my funds, they continue to delay with vague promises.

This situation is unacceptable. I demand that Mostbet immediately transfer my ₺3,000 withdrawal to my account without further excuses. Customers should not be forced to chase after their own money, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and transparently.
