Betandyou Withdrawal Not Received – ₺110,000 Missing and No Proper Support

I made a withdrawal request of ₺110,000 via Maksibanka transfer on March 12 at 7:28 AM. At 8:00 AM, I received a message from Betandyou stating that my withdrawal was completed. However, the funds never arrived in my bank account.
I reached out to customer support multiple times, both via live chat and email, but all I got were generic automated responses. Twice, they requested my bank transaction history, which I provided. Yet, even after three days, my money has not been credited, and I haven’t even received an apology or a proper response. They keep saying my transaction is under review, but what exactly is being reviewed for this long?
I have been a loyal VIP member of this site for 11 years, and up until now, I never had an issue with withdrawals. However, this delay and lack of communication raise serious concerns. The worst part is that customer service doesn’t seem to care about their users.

It's been 9 days! They still haven't bothered to deposit the 110,000 lira. I still can't get any response other than the insulting 'your transaction is under review'. No explanation was given, no apology was made during this process. It's a shame this site has come to this. Stay away.

Email received on the 12th day. This is a completely different level of rudeness and mockery. They are telling me to email finance@maksipara, to which I have sent my account transactions multiple times before and never received a response. I guess the site is going to shirk its responsibility like this. One of the biggest disgraces I've ever seen in my life.
It's been exactly 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks, they told me to apply to Maksibanka and request the transactions of my Maksibanka account. Either they are mocking me or this is a completely different dimension. There is no such bank. Maksibanka cannot make payments to normal bank accounts from the accounts they rent to people. After 2 weeks, I have neither seen nor heard such an answer, such disgrace. The Betandyou site and the payment institution called Maksibanka have clearly taken my 110,000 liras and are coming up with all sorts of ridiculous excuses not to pay. I am in the middle of complete disgrace. Stay away from them.
It's been 15 days and still not deposited. The response from Betandyou's international team is attached. They haven't been able to get a response from Maxipara for 15 days. But they are still working. There is a thief, but we haven't figured out who it is yet. It will surely come to light. I will share updates.
