Mercedes CLE 300 Coupé Rear Window Backorder Leaves New Car Unusable

I took delivery of my 2026 Mercedes‑Benz CLE 300 Coupé from İstanbul Davutpaşa Mengerler less than three months ago. About twenty days ago, a stone hit the rear window while I was driving and the rear glass shattered. I immediately contacted authorized Mercedes‑Benz service centers in Istanbul and several other provinces. Everywhere I received the same answer: the rear window is not in stock, it is not available at local dealers, not in the central Mercedes‑Benz warehouse and not even in Germany, and the part would have to be manufactured. I was advised to leave my vehicle at an authorized service center and open a formal case, and I was told that I would be assisted. Despite following this advice, leaving my car at the service center and repeatedly calling and sending emails, I have still not received a clear or satisfactory response. I have been without my vehicle for more than twenty days, although it is a brand‑new car that I have been using for less than three months. I request that Mercedes‑Benz urgently supplies the rear window, completes the repair as quickly as possible, provides a suitable replacement vehicle for the period my car is unusable, and compensates me for the material and non‑material damages resulting from this long period without my car and the lack of clear communication.
