Delayed Car Repair at Mercedes-Benz Service

After a minor incident where I bumped into a curb in a parking lot, I delivered my car to Çorlu Mengerler Mercedes Authorized Service. Despite my high confidence in the Mercedes brand and my expectations, I have not been able to retrieve my car for over 60 days, and there is no clear information on when it will be repaired and returned. Moreover, I have not been provided with a replacement vehicle during this time. I have been using my car for over 10 years and always felt secure under the Mercedes guarantee. However, this experience has shown that this confidence may not be justified. I have been waiting for over 60 days for a part due to a minor accident, and despite numerous discussions, I have not received a satisfactory resolution regarding a replacement vehicle. I share my deep disappointment with the Mercedes brand's assurance and quality standards. There is a lack of clarity regarding the status of the necessary spare part for my car's repair, and I continually encounter information gaps in my communications with customer service. Due to this experience, I advise other consumers considering entrusting their vehicles to a Mercedes authorized service to take note of this situation and take necessary precautions to avoid similar issues. I believe the problem lies not with the authorized service centers but with the challenges in parts procurement at Mercedes Turkey. I hope for an immediate resolution of this matter and encourage a more transparent and customer-focused service approach towards other consumers.
