FaceApp Charged Me for Annual Pro by Mistake, No Refund
On June 8th, 2025, I tried to sign up for a monthly subscription to the FaceApp application, and by some ridiculous mistake, I was charged ₺1,000 for an annual FaceApp Pro subscription instead. This was a complete accident, and I realized it within literally 30 minutes of the purchase.
I immediately tried to get a refund, both through Google Play and by emailing the FaceApp support team. Google Play, in their infinite wisdom, rejected my request, claiming it didn't align with their refund policy – which is an absolute joke, considering how quickly I reported this error! And as for FaceApp's support team and the developers? Crickets! I haven't heard a single positive response from them.
I haven't even used the FaceApp application since this accidental purchase. I'm being penalized and forced to pay for a year of a service I never intended to buy. This is a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic fairness. FaceApp, you need to rectify this mistake immediately and process my full refund! Stop ignoring my pleas and take responsibility for your confusing subscription process.
