On September 8, 2025, Tinder Gold automatically charged me ₺149 for the second month of my subscription. After noticing this charge, on September 9, 2025, I canceled the subscription through Google Play Store to prevent the same deduction from happening in the third month.
However, despite paying for the second month, my subscription was canceled immediately, and I was unable to use Tinder Gold services for the period I had already paid for. This is unfair, as I should have access to the service until the end of the billing cycle.
I could not reach customer support through the Tinder app, nor could I find any section to file my complaint properly.
I request either the reactivation of my Tinder Gold subscription for the second month or a refund of ₺149 for the service I was prevented from using.
