MentalUP Subscription Deleted Accidentally, No Support Response
I accidentally deleted my MentalUP subscription while trying to close an extra user account. Despite emailing customer support, I haven’t received a response. It’s frustrating that there is no other way to contact the company. This platform is supposed to support children, and it’s incredibly disappointing to experience such neglect, especially when it could help my child prepare for an important Bilsem exam.
Half of my one-year subscription remains unused because of this issue. It feels like MentalUP only cares about selling the product but offers no real support afterward. I also noticed many others face similar problems. A system designed for children should at least have safeguards, like asking for parental permission or user credentials before account deletion.
I expect MentalUP to resolve this issue promptly. It’s not just about the money—I want my child to regain access to the educational resources we paid for. Please address this issue urgently.
