Mental Up Membership Not Working Despite Active Subscription
Even though I have an active Mental Up membership, I can’t access the program. I emailed support but received no response, and there’s no contact number available for assistance. It’s frustrating that reaching them relies entirely on if and when they decide to reply.
This lack of accessible customer support is unacceptable. Because of this poor experience, I definitely won’t be renewing my subscription. Adding a contact number to their site would show a basic level of respect for their customers.
