10 Minute English Charged Me for 1-Year Plan After Free Trial

I downloaded the 10 Minute English app to try their 1-week free trial. I expected to receive a reminder or notification before any charge, but instead, once the trial ended, they automatically enrolled me in a 1-year subscription without asking for confirmation. To make things worse, they charged my credit card approximately ₺2500 without any notice or permission. I was never warned that such a large amount would be taken, and I never agreed to a full-year plan. This is deceptive and unacceptable. I demand that 10 Minute English immediately cancel the subscription and issue a full refund of the ₺2500 they withdrew. If this is not resolved promptly, I will take further action. Do the right thing and fix this now!
